Thirty days to be sure

We want every piece to feel like it belongs. If it doesn’t, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

How to return

1. Write to us with your order number.
2. We’ll email a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the piece in its original box if you still have it.
4. Your refund is issued within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Damaged or imperfect?

Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll reprint and reship at no cost — no need to return the damaged piece.

Digital downloads

Because files can’t be returned, digital purchases are non-refundable. If you have trouble printing, we’ll gladly help.
